Our purpose

Squared Quality Solutions provides construction cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, preconstruction, cost management, bid analysis, project advisory and technical support to the US construction and real estate industry.

We work with developers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners and investors. Engagements range from fixed-fee project packages and time-charge assignments to embedded resources, managed functions and retained advisory.

How we deliver

An SQS lead coordinates the client relationship and agreed scope. Work is allocated to suitable internal personnel or specialist delivery partners. Responsibilities, communication and review arrangements are agreed for each engagement, and outputs are checked against the agreed brief before issue.

SQS serves the United States from our New York office, backed by scalable international technical capability. The client relationship, coordination and quality review stay with SQS. We also serve Australia through our Australian operations, with the same coordination and quality review model.
